Transportation Letter Sign-on

"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter."

Martin Luther King

We are asking Vermont health professionals to sign this letter asking Governor Scott

and the legislature to take 4 actions that will drive Vermont's

transportation tailpipe pollution down.

One key 'ask" in our letter is for Vermont to participate in the TCI program starting in 2023.

(See the link below to learn more about TCI-P.)  In particular, want to see a TCI-P

implementation that ensures strong equity outcomes. As a health community,

our focus is on the health of all Vermonters - especially those who do not

have the access and care that others enjoy.

We welcome the support of all individuals who work in any aspect of medicine and public health, including veterinary medicine. Students are more than welcome to sign too.

In addition to providers and clinicians, we encourage all Vermonters working in any

health and medical organization to add their names - including health care systems,

public health departments, universities and schools, insurance companies, medical

equipment companies, pharmaceutical companies - to name a few examples.

By signing the letter, you will add your voice to the call for change.

Time is of the essence!
